Brimtick helps teams organize business documents and keep track of the dates and actions they surface. This policy explains the information we handle when you use the service.

Information you provide
We receive information you submit to create and use an account, such as your name, email address, workspace details, support messages, and preferences. You may also upload documents and enter deadlines, notes, and other details about the work you want Brimtick to organize.
How Brimtick uses documents
Brimtick processes customer-supplied documents to store them, make their contents available to you, and help identify possible dates, renewal terms, cancellation windows, and related follow-up actions. We also use information to provide support, maintain security, operate the service, and communicate about your account.
Some features use automated or AI-assisted processing. The output is an aid for your review, not a separate source of authority. You decide what to upload and remain responsible for checking that you are allowed to provide those materials to Brimtick.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with providers that help us host, secure, process, support, or operate Brimtick, subject to the arrangements applicable to those providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transfer. We do not make customer documents public as part of the normal service.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet operational and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Contact us if you need help with an account or document request.
Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live and your relationship with Brimtick, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete certain information. To ask a question or make a request, email brimtick-4@polsia.app. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
